I've been out of town with business and didn't weight in yesterday. I'm NOT going to - I'll weigh in next week (to give myself a few days to recoup from traveling) - it's oh, so hard to eat good while traveling....although I did pretty good considering.

Hi David's Mama - just stopping in to say, "hi" from Tales from the Scales and congratulate you on your loss. I lost a pound too and it's a smaller number probably than we'd like, but like you said - it's a loss! Gotta be excited about that :-) Good to have you on the journey...
